The low, spreading habit of Drift Roses makes them ideal for small gardens, hillsides, and perennial beds. They will brighten up a range of border types, fill any empty spaces and spread nicely around your already established plants even when mass planting.

PINK DRIFT ROSE CARE

The Pink Drift Rose is best suited for full sun areas and will adapt to a variety of soil types. Flowers shoot up in early spring and the rose bush stays stocky at roughly 1-2 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide.

Shows excellent winter hardiness. The pink rose grows across most of the United States in USDA growing zones 5-10.

The drift rose is low growing with distinctive mounded flowers. Flowers will re-bloom for several months if spent blooms are picked off. Prune drift roses in spring or fall.

Rosa ‘Meijocos’ is easy to grow and easy to care for. Plant drift roses in early spring. A regular watering schedule and annual fertilization will greatly benefit the pink flowers from diseases like black spot. A slow release fertilizer at the top of the root ball is best at the beginning of the growing season.

This Drift series family of roses from Star Roses and Plants are fairly disease resistant plants and exhibit a spreading habit. A great choice for groundcover roses and miniature plants.
