Seed and Plant Usage / Disclaimer:
By purchasing any seed or plant from Gardening Plant & Flowers the customer agrees to use the products solely for home garden use, and agrees not to distribute or sell the seed or plants for any other purpose. Additionally, Gardening Plant & Flowers expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for a customer's violation of the above usage policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the our manufacturer.
Important Note: If your order is damaged while in transit to your location, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate assistance with a replacement (if available) or a refund on this shipment.
To complete your return, we require a photo as a proof that shows your product issue.
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size or any other possible problem, just send us a picture for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement. Please, remember, we need a picture for QC purposes. Please, read the steps below:
Steps To Get a Refund for Damaged Items:
1. We need an accurate photo of damaged or defective item for us to make sure your claim is accurate and can prove the defect of the product you bought. Send the product photo to email@example.com
2. We evaluate the damage or defective and send you an email back.

4. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you have sent the package and give us the tracking number.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
7. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
After you were notified about the refund, the process takes 3-5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your balance once the process is completed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
We do not accept seeds returns.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Returned Packages Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Returns by mail generally take 7-14 days to be processed & refunded. Once a return is processed, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the shipping address provided is valid, we do cover the lost package and send you a replacement, not a refund.
However, we do not cover lost packages due to an incorrectly provided shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
If you need to update the address, then you have to do it in the first 24 hours, before the package is shipped out.
If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping costs.
- Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
- The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Delivered Packages Refund
We do not refund delivered packages.
However, if for whatever reason you did not receive your package contact us and we will resend it to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Replacement orders depend on inventory availability during the current season. Products that are out of stock will be refunded back to the customer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for the email confirmation.
Then, send your item to:
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping Address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
