Seed Warranty

Seed Warranty

At Gardening Plants and Flowers, we take pride in providing high-quality flower seeds to our valued customers. We want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products and enjoy a successful gardening journey. Please read the following warranty policy regarding our seeds:

  1. Seed Quality: We guarantee that the seeds we sell are of high quality and meet the description provided on the seed envelope. They have undergone testing to ensure their viability and quality.

  2. Limitations: Our seed warranty is the sole warranty offered, and we do not make any other express or implied warranties. While we strive to provide the best seeds possible, we cannot guarantee the establishment of every seed due to various factors beyond our control.

  3. Germination Factors: It's important to note that the success of seed germination and establishment can be influenced by numerous factors. Factors such as heavy rainfall, improper planting depth, soil pH, inadequate seed moisture, cold temperatures, and other environmental conditions may hinder the germination process. Therefore, we do not guarantee the germination of seeds.

  4. Liability: In the event of any liability, including the shipment of incorrect seeds, our responsibility is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds. This limitation applies regardless of the nature, cause, or extent of the loss. We shall not be held liable for any damages exceeding the purchase price of the product. It is a condition for any liability claim to be considered that we receive notice via registered mail.

Please note that the pictures of plants, flowers, grass, etc., as well as the provided information regarding height, width, bloom colors, etc., are all approximations. Various factors, such as genetic variance, pigment flow, soil pH, mineral composition, sunlight exposure, plant age, pollinator shifts, and moisture levels, can influence the actual appearance of the plant. We do not have control over these factors.

Many pigments in plants are water-soluble or soluble in plant sap, and they are transported through the veins to specific locations. Any disruption in pigment production or transport can result in variations in color, height, width, and other characteristics within the same plant or flower group. Research suggests that changes in color can be attributed to genetic mutations in the DNA that affect the pigment production pathway.

So that, numerous factors influence the color and overall appearance of flowers and plants. While we strive to provide accurate information, it's important to recognize that these factors are beyond our control.

By purchasing our seeds, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Seed Warranty policy. We hope that our seeds bring you joy and beautiful blooms, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

Happy gardening!
